- If a product is not delivered by the producer to our packing location for some reason, we will issue a credit on your account and send you a notification email.
- If you pick-up your order and a product is missing, please contact us within 12 hours of pick-up and we will provide a credit on your account.
- If either of these scenarios happen and you wish to request a refund on your credit card instead of a market credit, please let us know.
- Please note, if you fail to pick-up your order then your credit card will still be charged for the items and they will be donated to your local food shelf.
